Refund Policy

Le Relais offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that the product you purchased is not what you expected or wanted, you have 30 days to return it. The product must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and must not have been worn.

Step 1: Contact us at info@lerelais.cc and provide your order number, as well as why you wish to return a product.

Step 2: Send back the unwanted items with your name, your email and the return number we will provide you. You can get a prepaid shipping label for a flat rate of $10.00 CAD that will be deducted from your refund or use the shipping carrier of your choice and send the item back.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns, any charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not labeled correctly.

Step 3: Once received, we will inspect the product. If it is in its original condition then a refund will be issued within 3 business days. The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with all the tags.
